The PS5 uses liquid metal between the processor and the heatsink. We service it carefully when replacing the fan or cleaning the cooler.
Before you bring it in
If there is no picture, try another HDMI cable and TV input first. If it won’t turn on, try a different power socket. If it still doesn’t work, bring it in with its power cable, and we’ll find the fault and agree the price before any work.
