We repair PS5 (disc, digital, Slim and Pro) and PS4 (original, Slim and Pro). The HDMI port is the most common failure, usually from the console being moved with the cable still plugged in.

Before you bring it in
Try a different HDMI cable and a different TV input. If there’s still no picture and the port looks damaged or the pins look bent, the port needs replacing.
