If your laptop only works when plugged in, won’t charge at all, or the case has started to bulge, bring it in. We test the charger, the charging port and the battery separately so you only pay for the part that has actually failed.

Swollen battery? Stop using it
A swollen lithium battery can crack the case and, in rare cases, catch fire. Switch the laptop off, don’t charge it, and bring it in. We remove and dispose of the old battery safely.

Do you use genuine batteries?
We use original manufacturer batteries where they are available and high-quality equivalents where they are not. We will tell you which before fitting.
My charger is the problem. Can you supply one?
Yes. We can test your charger on the bench and supply a correct replacement.
