Proof of ownership
To protect you and the rightful owners of devices, we only remove passwords from devices that belong to you or your organisation. Please bring proof of ownership, such as a receipt, an invoice or a letter from your employer’s IT department.
Some locks can’t be removed by anyone except the manufacturer, for example Apple Activation Lock on a Mac that is still linked to another person’s Apple ID. We will tell you straight away if that applies.
