If a hard drive is clicking, beeping, not spinning or not showing up, switch it off. Every power-on can scratch the platters further. We recover data from desktop and laptop hard drives, external USB drives and drives from NAS units.

How it works
We image the drive with PC-3000, working on a copy so your original is never put at further risk. Physical faults such as failed heads are handled under cleanroom conditions. You get a price once we know what’s wrong, and nothing happens until you agree.
Questions we get asked
Can I try recovery software first?
On a drive that clicks or makes new noises, no. Software can’t fix a mechanical fault and keeps the heads running over the damaged area.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your data is only accessed to recover it and check the recovery, and is deleted from our systems once you have it.
