The Slim’s disc drive is paired to the console, so a replacement drive has to be set up correctly. We handle that as part of the repair.
Before you bring it in
If there is no picture, try another HDMI cable and TV input first. If it won’t turn on, try a different power socket. If it still doesn’t work, bring it in with its power cable, and we’ll find the fault and agree the price before any work.
