Some Seagate drives are prone to firmware faults that make them appear with the wrong size or not at all. These can often be fixed without opening the drive.
How it works
We assess the drive, tell you what’s wrong and what recovery will cost, and only go ahead when you agree. We work on a copy of the drive wherever possible, so your original isn’t put at further risk.
