Dell makes more of the laptops we see than any other brand. Dell changed its names in 2025, replacing Inspiron, Latitude, Vostro and Precision with Dell, Dell Pro and Dell Pro Max, then in 2026 brought back XPS and renamed Pro Max as Dell Pro Precision. We repair the new models and every older one.

Questions we get asked
My laptop just says “Dell 14” or “Dell Pro 14”. Is that a new model?
Yes. It is Dell’s naming from 2025 onwards. The model name and service tag are on the label underneath, and we can identify the exact model from either.
Do you use genuine Dell parts?
Where genuine Dell parts are available at a sensible price we use them. Otherwise we fit quality equivalents, and we tell you which before starting.
