On LaCie 2big and 6big units, don’t reinitialise the array or swap drives. We image each drive and rebuild the RAID from the images.
How it works
We assess the drive, tell you what’s wrong and what recovery will cost, and only go ahead when you agree. We work on a copy of the drive wherever possible, so your original isn’t put at further risk.
