Portable drives are usually damaged by being knocked while running. If yours was dropped, don’t keep plugging it in to test it.
How it works
We assess the drive, tell you what’s wrong and what recovery will cost, and only go ahead when you agree. We work on a copy of the drive wherever possible, so your original isn’t put at further risk.
